Refund policy
We only accept returns for faulty products upon arrival or if an error was made on our part.
Contact lenses will be accepted for returns only if:
- The wrong colour was received
- The product is defective or damaged (e.g., ripped or torn)
- The product is expired
To submit a return, please provide a photo of the product, the order number, and the reason for the return. The contact lenses must be in their original, unopened packaging and not tampered with.
Please email info@numiavenuscollections.nz or message us on Facebook to initiate your return.
We only offer refunds for faulty products. We do not accept refunds for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect DIA/BC (please ensure you choose carefully).
Once your return is approved, you will be notified via email and given the option to either receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued if a parcel is returned to us because the customer chooses not to reship the parcel.
