Contact Lens Cleaning Instructions Without Lens Cleaner

Rub the Lens:
Gently rub the lens with your fingertip in a circular motion for about 10-15 seconds on each side. This helps remove debris and deposits.

Rinse Again:
Rinse the lens thoroughly with fresh cleaning solution to remove any loosened debris.

Store in Clean Solution:
Place the cleaned lens in your contact lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution.
Repeat the process with the other lens.

Clean the Case:
Empty the old solution from your lens case and rinse it with fresh solution.
Let the case air-dry upside down on a clean tissue before refilling it.

Contact lens solution in the storage case should be changed every 1 to 3 days even if the lenses are not being worn. Contact lens case should be replaced every 3 months.
